1. Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Kelquo, including our websites, mobile applications, preview programs, and related services provided by Kelquo Technologies LLC.

By accessing or using Kelquo, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Kelquo.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use Kelquo. By using Kelquo, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for providing accurate account information, maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, and all activity occurring through your account. You must promptly notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use Kelquo to harass, threaten, impersonate, exploit, defraud, stalk, or harm others; distribute illegal or abusive content; interfere with the operation or security of Kelquo; access another person's account without authorization; scrape or extract data in an unauthorized manner; or use Kelquo for unlawful purposes.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit to Kelquo. By submitting content, you grant Kelquo Technologies LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, display, and distribute that content as reasonably necessary to operate, improve, and provide the services.

You are responsible for content you submit and must have the rights necessary to provide it to Kelquo.

6. Fitness and Safety

Kelquo is a technology and social platform and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, professional fitness instruction, or emergency services. Exercise and interactions with other users may involve risk.

You are responsible for evaluating your own health, fitness level, environment, and personal safety before participating in physical activity or meeting another user. Seek qualified medical or fitness guidance when appropriate.

7. Interactions With Other Users

Kelquo may help users discover, match with, communicate with, or meet other users. Kelquo Technologies LLC does not guarantee the identity, background, intentions, conduct, fitness level, or suitability of any user.

You are responsible for using reasonable judgment and precautions when communicating with or meeting people through Kelquo.

8. Preview Features

Preview and experimental features may be incomplete, unavailable, modified, or discontinued at any time. Preview services may contain errors and are provided for evaluation and feedback.

9. Intellectual Property

Kelquo, including its software, branding, designs, interfaces, graphics, text, trademarks, logos, and other proprietary materials, is owned by or licensed to Kelquo Technologies LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

10. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to Kelquo when we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated, when needed to protect users or the service, when required by law, or when necessary for security or operational reasons.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kelquo is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kelquo Technologies LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of Kelquo.

13. Changes to Kelquo or These Terms

We may modify Kelquo and these Terms as our services evolve. If we update these Terms, we will update the effective date and may provide additional notice when appropriate.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
